While we all walk different paths and sail unique seas, the journey is often winding, unpredictable, and at times, treacherous. We create narratives to tell our stories, to make meaning of our joys and pains, unconsciously drifting with life’s currents. I welcome you to a space where you can anchor yourself, reevaluate the direction of your travel, and rediscover your internal compass. Through these adjustments and insights, clients experience greater freedom, stability, and a more authentic expression of life.
I’m a Licensed Clinical Psychologist in private practice. I completed my doctoral degree in 2014 with honors at Illinois School of Professional Psychology. My doctoral dissertation explored the contributions of perceived social support on self-regulatory behaviors and interpersonal relationships. My research was published as a lead article in a peer-reviewed medical journal.
I have a breadth of experience working with a diverse range of individuals, couples, and groups in a variety of settings, including hospitals, community clinics, and private practice settings. A majority of my clinical training is within college counseling centers, including The University of Chicago, Benedictine University, and my doctoral internship at the APA-accredited University of Illinois at Chicago.
I furthered my graduate training through a fellowship at The Chicago Institute of Psychoanalysis. My clinical repertoire and value system align with examining the human condition from a global lens and consistently engaging in clinical consultation and education to maintain a dynamic, informed stance.
I am also PSYPACT provider and can provide telehealth services with individuals located in participating states. Please visit this link for more information.
The intersection between ourselves and others often begins with a journey inward. This path is often nonlinear. I take great honor in becoming a part of someone's inner voyage. This privilege is intertwined in my therapeutic style, in which I believe there is a transformative power that exists during the process of psychotherapy. Anchored in the professional client-clinician relationship, our work together will deepen self-awareness through gentle inquiry, promote insight into how our past weaves itself into our present experiences, and empower you to cultivate your full potential.
I strive to strike a balance between a directness and warmth while attending to the unique needs of each person. While maintaining a confidential, therapeutic environment, I invite my clients to engage in a honest exchange that ultimately provides more gratifying life experiences.
Overall, I work best with adults (+18) from all walks of life, who are interested in self-exploration and deepening their understanding of themselves.

I am an in-network provider with Blue Cross Blue Shield and I will bill your insurance directly. For all other insurance plans, I am considered out of network. I can provide you with an invoice to submit to your insurance company for possible out of network reimbursement. I recommend that you contact your insurance company to confirm your benefits and to understand any mental health related financial responsibilities you have. It can be helpful to ask whether you have a deductible and if it has been met as well as if you have a copay or coinsurance.
